At the US law firm Vinson & Elkins RLLP (London), Dmitri has been worked on multi-billion dollar M&A, private equity and financing transactions in the energy and mining sectors around the world.
Among Dmitri's many complex cases, we can single out the most high-profile fraud cases in Russian history and bankruptcy of:

In these cases, the English courts recognised Russian decisions, Russian bankruptcy trustees and froze the assets of the alleged fraudsters in the amount of billions of pounds worldwide.
